You will work with the Farm and Agribusiness Underwriting team, spend time with field and in-office underwriters, and rotate through related departments to learn loss control and risk management.
Responsibilities include on-the-job training, project work, and weekly progress reviews. The role combines in-office and field exposure with a capstone presentation at the end.
