Claims Operations Coordinator
Monthly Pay: $5,300 - $5,900 USD per month
SummaryKeep claim work moving from intake through resolution. This fully remote, full-time Minnesota role supports claim teams by organizing files, tracking updates, and routing questions across carriers, agencies, adjusters, and policyholders.
Job Responsibilities- Organize claim files within designated intake systems.
- Track loss reports, correspondence, and pending updates.
- Route adjuster requests to appropriate internal teams.
- Verify required documents before file advancement.
- Demonstrate familiarity with claim lifecycle terminology.
- Navigate web-based claim platforms confidently.
- Review loss notices for complete information.
- Prioritize assigned files within established turnaround targets.
- Communicate clearly with adjusters and agency contacts.
- Safeguard sensitive policyholder information consistently.
- Work remotely from a Minnesota-based home office.
- Receive structured onboarding and guided workflow training.
- Collaborate with experienced claims operations professionals.
