Commercial Insurance Account Executive - Remote in VA

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year (commensurate with experience and production numbers)

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
• Provide expert advice on standard commercial insurance coverages to meet the unique needs of clients.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of accounts.
• Utilize the Epic software platform to manage client information and streamline processes.
• Consistently achieve or exceed production targets to support organizational goals.

• Licensure:
  Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of standard commercial lines coverages.
• Skills:
  • Proven ability to generate new business through cold outreach and networking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Open-minded with a "can-do" attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Familiarity with Epic software is preferred.
