The Account Executive will serve as a key point of contact for clients, responsible for managing relationships, understanding client needs, and coordinating the delivery of insurance and risk management solutions.

Depending on experience and specialization, this role may support Property & Casualty (P&C), Health & Benefits (H&B), or a combination of solutions. The successful candidate will bring strong client management skills, insurance expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with Producers, brokers, account management colleagues, carriers, and other internal partners to deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients, serving as a primary point of contact for insurance and risk management needs

Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses, operations, exposures, objectives, and evolving insurance or employee benefits needs

Partner closely with Producers to support client retention, relationship development, and account growth

Coordinate the renewal process, including development of renewal strategies, collection and review of exposure information, and communication of timelines and deliverables

Work collaboratively with broking and carrier partners to develop appropriate insurance or benefits solutions for clients

Review coverage, program structures, proposals, and other client materials for accuracy and alignment with client objectives
