Oversee the day‑to‑day operations and strategic direction of our State College office.

Valid state‑issued Life, Accident, and Health insurance license.

Demonstrated track record of leading sales teams or managing agency operations.

Deep understanding of the independent insurance distribution landscape.

Strong background in building and maintaining advisor relationships.

Expertise in regional market development and recruitment strategies.

Proficiency in data‑driven sales performance analysis.

Excellent public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
