Job Functions and Responsibilities Develops and leads the development of innovative products and solutions to drive premium volume growth and maintain the competitiveness and profitability of the product portfolio.

Conducts comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

Collaborates with underwriting, actuarial, and claims teams to design innovative insurance solutions and develop product specifications, pricing strategies, and policy language.

Analyzes and interprets market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and improvements and new product development.

Develops and executes product strategies and roadmaps to achieve business goals and conducts detailed SWOT analysis to evaluate product strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

Develops product and rate revisions, underwriting guidelines, manuals, and procedures.

Works closely with marketing, business development, and insurance operations teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product support.

Develops and presents trainings regarding new products and product changes to internal teams and external agents.

Stays updated on industry trends, regulatory updates, and market shifts to ensure the product strategy remains forward-thinking and competitive.

May have responsibility for performance and coaching of staff and may have a participatory role in decisions regarding talent selection, development, and performance management for direct reports.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience:
