Conduct annual policy reviews to ensure clients have appropriate coverage for their evolving lives

Proactively reach out to clients before their renewals to discuss any life changes or coverage needs

Address incoming inquiries regarding billing, policy changes, or claims with patience and clarity

Analyze renewal data to identify potential retention risks and create thoughtful solutions to keep our clients protected

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within our agency management system

Collaborate with the broader sales team to ensure a seamless experience for every policyholder

Ohio Property and Casualty Insurance License

Three or more years of experience managing personal lines insurance accounts

Deep understanding of insurance policy structures and coverage nuances

Clear and professional verbal communication skills

Experience using agency management systems like Applied Epic or Vertafore

Comfort with navigating multiple digital platforms and email clients simultaneously
