• Advanced Modelling & Methodology:
  Develops methodology for the construction of complex life reinsurance models, assures its correct implementation, and provides an in-depth assessment of results.
• Regulatory Valuations:
  Calculates technical provisions according to IFRS 17 and Solvency II methodology and prepares key inputs for the solvency capital requirement and ORSA process, maintains and develops related methodology, documentation and controls framework.
• Profitability & Financial Planning:
  Designs portfolio analyses, investigates main drivers of profitability development, and leads the actuarial calculations for the financial planning process.
• Model and related processes maintenance & Enhancements:
  Maintains, enhances and further develops life actuarial reserving model in Prophet, provides support to pricing team in understanding of the key model functionalities and assumptions, and maintains the process of data inputs and outputs.
• Asset Liability Management (ALM):
  Prepares comprehensive liability inputs for ALM and understands interdependencies with the retrocession program, capital position, and financial statements.
• Process Optimization & Project Ownership:
  Monitors, initiates, and leads continuous improvement projects to maximize the efficiency of internal processes and systems.

• Tool Ownership & Mentorship:
  Oversees the design, maintenance, and further development of internal actuarial tools (e.g., Prophet). Actively trains and mentors junior actuaries and employees from other departments.
• Complex Treaty Assessment:
  Conducts advanced actuarial assessments of complex active and passive reinsurance treaties, providing opinion on non-standard cases in cooperation with stakeholders.
• Model & Regulation Mastery:
  Drives the operation and further enhancement of the inputs for solvency capital requirement and ORSA report with a compliance-focused understanding of related regulatory and VIG Group standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Partners closely with other VIG Re departments to ensure a common understanding, overall alignment, and holistic decision-making that considers impacts beyond the immediate actuarial scope.
