The Hanover Insurance Group is seeking an Auto Physical Damage Adjuster – Service Claims for a hybrid schedule with two days in the office at select locations, including Richmond, VA. The role manages moderately complex service claims from intake to resolution, communicates with insureds and third parties, and maintains accurate claim data.
Ideal candidates will have an Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and 3–4 years auto claim-handling experience;
