CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Associate Auto Claims Advisor to handle non-injury auto claims remotely. You will verify coverages, conduct liability investigations, explain policy terms, and communicate with insureds about claim status from a home office.
Training is paid, 6 weeks, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm Pacific Time, starting 12/07/2026. A valid license may be required by state, and bilingual abilities are a plus for this remote role.
