CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking an Associate Auto Claims Advisor for a remote role serving multiple time zones in the US. You will handle non-injury auto and property claims, verify coverages, conduct liability investigations, and guide customers through the claims process.
The role requires remote-capable access, 2+ years of customer-facing virtual experience, and possibly state licensure. Training is paid and conducted Monday–Friday, Pacific Time, with a 6-week program.
