Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager

Manage personal lines insurance accounts using analytical skills and client relationship expertise. Work-from-home flexibility is available, alongside flexible working hours.

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you serve as the primary contact for an assigned book of business. You advise clients on home and Auto risks, assess coverage needs, and develop tailored insurance solutions. Your work includes renewals, insurer negotiations, and portfolio growth.

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and insurers
• Identify exposures and assess personal lines coverage needs
• Manage renewals, marketing, negotiations, terms, and pricing
• Prepare submissions, proposals, and insurance summaries
• Pursue cross-selling, upselling, referrals, and new business

• Minimum one year of insurance industry experience
• Current RIBO License in good standing
• Proven client maintenance and retention record
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Applied Systems EPIC knowledge preferred
