Home-Based Insurance Service Agent

Home-based Insurance Service Agents answer policy, billing, and claim calls while delivering personalized customer service through Allstate’s trusted advisor approach.

Reporting to the Manager, Inside Service, this position supports Allstate Insurance Company of Canada customers. You will manage policy updates, renewals, online requests, and First Notice of Loss calls. The role requires insurance knowledge, relationship building, and accurate claim documentation.

• Respond professionally to policy and billing inquiries
• Manage renewals and policy changes for customers
• Promote Auto and Property products within guidelines
• Document loss details and transfer claims appropriately
• Meet performance and attendance metrics

• Hold or obtain an OTL or General level 1 license
• Bring one to three years of customer service experience
• Speak, read, and write English
• Use Microsoft Office applications proficiently
• Work evenings from a suitable home workspace
