We're seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Risk Management & Insurance Specialist to oversee insurance programs, manage claims, review contracts, and provide practical risk management guidance across our business operations and affiliated properties.

Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with business leaders, you will:

• Insurance Program Management: Oversee Property & Casualty, Commercial Auto, Workers' Compensation, and Fidelity insurance programs.
• Claims Management: Review incident reports, initiate insurance claims, coordinate adjuster inspections, and manage claims through resolution and settlement.
• Broker & Carrier Relationships: Manage insurance renewals, negotiate coverage, evaluate insurance options, and coordinate broker/carrier selection.
• Contract & Vendor Insurance Reviews: Review contractual insurance requirements and verify appropriate coverage for vendors, company vehicles, and equipment.
• Risk Management & Loss Prevention: Identify potential business exposures, recommend risk mitigation strategies, and help improve operational practices.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate insurance records, claims documentation, and policy-related information.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in Risk Management or Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
• Strong understanding of insurance programs, claims management, broker relationships, and contractual insurance requirements.
• Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation or willingness to obtain it.
• Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) certification is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Based in St. Cloud, Minnesota

• Primarily remote working arrangement.
• Preference for candidates located close enough to attend occasional in-person meetings.
• Occasional business travel may be required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass background, drug, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks.
