Who you are: This role focuses on creating, implementing, and conducting iCIMS training & development programs for internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is passionate about problem-solving and will leverage customer service skills to support Hiring Managers regarding the ATS platform (iCIMS) and related products. This role involves building training resources based on common themes and ticket trends for over 5,000 end users.
KeyHighlights

- 5 days per week, M-F
- Schedule:
9am-5pm EST - Remote role (productivity measured by metrics)
- Up to $21.63/hr
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year in a customer service role, preferably in a tech-centric environment at recognized retailers; degree in Technology or related fields is a plus
- Strong presentation skills
- 1-2 years experience designing and implementing technical training programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with HCM/ATS software is a plus
- Strong customer relations skills
- Ability to handle interactions in a consultative manner
- Multi-tasking capability in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of web-browser technologies
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs via ticket trends and feedback from hiring managers and teams
- Create training manuals, guides, and course materials
- Address and resolve Hiring Manager concerns via ticketing system
- Collect and track problem reports
- Present training through guides, demos, and videos
- Interact with hiring managers via phone and email to resolve issues
- Maintain records of training activities, attendance, assessments, and retraining needs
- Evaluate program effectiveness through surveys and feedback
- Resolve or escalate Hiring Manager issues as needed
- Conduct all activities with empathy and integrity, adhering to company policies
