Key Responsibilities

Review, edit, and proofread a variety of documents to maintain high linguistic standards.

Develop and implement language guidelines and best practices for internal and external communications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address language-related challenges.

Provide expert feedback and recommendations to enhance clarity, tone, and effectiveness of communication materials.

Conduct language quality assessments and suggest improvements based on industry benchmarks.

Facilitate training sessions and workshops on effective written and verbal communication.

Stay informed about language trends and integrate relevant innovations into communication strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Native or near-native proficiency in English, with exemplary writing and speaking skills.

Proven experience as a language specialist, editor, proofreader, or similar role.

Should have experience in anyone language
- German, Korean, Turkish, Russian, Polish.

Exceptional attention to detail and a strong passion for linguistic accuracy.

Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely in both written and verbal forms.

Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal skills and experience collaborating in multicultural teams.

Highly self-motivated with a commitment to meeting deadlines in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing or delivering communication training programs.

Familiarity with digital content tools or localization platforms.

Background in linguistics, communications, or a relevant field.
