Dayforce WFM System Consultant; Remote

• Lead clients through the full Dayforce implementation lifecycle—from discovery workshops and requirements gathering to configuration, testing, training, and go‑live.
• Configure and optimize Dayforce WFM using best practices and tools.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align processes, reduce complexity, and ensure compliance.
• Facilitate engaging client workshops that bring solutions to life.
• Lead testing, payroll balancing, and cutover activities to ensure a smooth launch.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and knowledge transfer, empowering clients to succeed long after the project wraps.
• Share insights, mentor teammates, and contribute to building our collective Dayforce expertise.

• 2+ years of Dayforce implementation experience focused on WFM.
• 3+ years of HCM systems experience in consulting, HRIS, or related fields.
• Strong skills in business process mapping, testing, and system configuration.
• Excellent communicator—able to lead workshops, build trust with clients, and explain complex concepts simply.
• Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented; experience with SaaS HR systems (UKG) is a plus.
• Dayforce certification is a bonus, but not required—we value experience and passion.
