This hybrid position is located at our downtown Milwaukee corporate office. Mandatory days are Monday and Tuesday; the third day is flexible.

What You’ll Do

The Contract, Licensing & Registration (CLR) Senior Analyst will perform an array of functions related to contract, licensing, registrations, terminations, and support. The role involves learning tasks across the division and providing backup during peak periods. A CLR Senior Analyst must be detail‑oriented, a fast learner, and an excellent communicator, escalating concerns as needed.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide quality and timely customer service to field and home office staff on topics including contracting, licensing, registrations, terminations, and support.
  • Communicate with callers clearly in an open, direct, and timely manner.
  • Answer routine questions and appropriately escalated calls.
  • Identify the need for special handling and coordinate problem resolution, understanding overall impact.
  • Provide complete and accurate solutions to all customer needs with guidance.
  • Under direction of manager, specialist, or mentor, handle more complex inquiries.
  • Adhere to phone schedules per established standards.
  • Give and receive regular feedback/information positively.
  • Assist others with casework as needed.
  • Try new ways to challenge the status quo and change the way we work.
  • Contribute to a positive environment by openly communicating new ideas/solutions, perspectives, and experiences in team meetings, training sessions, 1x1s, and huddles.
  • Demonstrate behaviors that reflect and support company and department values, vision, and learning culture.
  • Act in a manner necessary to achieve organizational results.
  • Organize work to allow team members to locate and complete casework easily.
  • Maintain professional, complete, timely, accurate, and effective written communication.

Job Requirements
  • Associate/Bachelor degree or 3 years of customer service experience.
  • 1‑2 years of financial services experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a structured schedule for service coverage through a 50/50% processing and phone mix.
  • Experience working in a shared queue or operations system to document updates and action items.
  • PC proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other Office software.
  • Non‑registered fingerprinted employee (FINRA).
  • Proven strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Superior customer service skills with ability to resolve complex and sensitive issues.
  • Ability to complete tasks timely and accurately in a high‑volume area.
  • Ability to work independently to accomplish a variety of tasks.
  • Ability to coach and provide guidance on core customer service responsibilities.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Expert technical knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior organization skills.

Compensation Range

Pay Range – Start: $21.35. Pay Range – End: $32.02. Geographic specific pay structures may apply.
