We currently have an opening for Remote Contract Korean Interpreters who are passionate about using their language skills to help others.

• Provides consecutive, first-person interpretation.
• Follows interpreter protocols and procedures as required by Propio L.S. clients.
• Adheres to all Propio L.S. policies regarding confidentiality and ethics.
• Continuously enhances vocabulary and specialized knowledge in fields such as medical, legal, and social services.

• Updated Resume in English at application submission.
• English proficiency with a rating of “technical proficiency” (3 or higher on the ILR scale).
• Successful completion of a Mockoral interpretation session, evaluated against 24 quality standards.
• Completion of Propio's online Medical Terminology, Anatomy, and Physiology Assessment with a passing score.
• Full Background Check and Security Screening.
• Signed confidentiality agreement, adherence to ethics, and HIPAA compliance.

• At least 1 year of interpreting experience.

• International Medical Interpreters Association (IMIA)
• California Healthcare Interpreters Association (CHIA)
