• Act as the primary Specialist for Payroll Administrative customers, providing support to other payroll, tax, and garnishment customers as needed
• Manage and respond to cases daily to ensure service level agreements and high client satisfaction levels are met
• Troubleshoot quarter and year‑end audit reports, providing recommendations to customers
• Collaborate with peers and customer teams to support customers and resolve requests
• Meet quality and production metrics and scorecards

• Associate's degree
• 3+ years of payroll experience involving end‑to‑end processing, research, payroll logic, and troubleshooting
• One year of experience with taxes at the Federal, State, and local level
• One year of experience with garnishments and a general understanding of how garnishments are processed
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

• Experience in an outsourcing environment related to payroll or tax, including Workday and Salesforce programs
