Customer Implementation Operations Specialist

Reporting to the Team Lead, Customer Implementation Operations, you will assist the project management team in keeping the queue flowing and aid in setups and configurations of our hardware.

A day in the life

• Manage project queues – process new account alerts and projects daily, ensuring timely project setup, accurate subscription workflows, and proper assignment of resources.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally – work closely with Trainers and Project coordinators to set up and configure Touch and POS modules as needed, and assist with basic remote hardware setup for implementation projects as required.
• Keep documentation up to date – assist with creating and updating internal process documentation.

• I have knowledge of data analytics, project management, or both.
• I gained my knowledge through 1+ years of direct experience in customer implementation within a SaaS environment or supporting a team in an admin role.
• I have experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Planhat.
• I'm familiar with project management fundamentals and data analytics related to project management.
• I'm exceptional at processing high volumes of data with extremely high accuracy and urgency.
• I'm extra passionate working collaboratively with a diverse team to ensure seamless project implementation goals.
• I'm willing to occasionally travel and have a valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit my ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA (and Vietnam if required for role).
• I thrive in an agile environment that is constantly changing and encourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate.

Location and Logistics

This role requires you to work in our office located in Cambridge or Dallas up to 2 days a week. If you live more than an hour away, apply anyway—we can discuss options.
