Position: Bilingual Spanish Medical Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $45–$150/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

• Translate, adapt, and structure complex medical concepts into clear, AI-ready rubrics and training materials.
• Produce accurate, culturally nuanced medical content reflecting real-world healthcare practice in Spain or Latin America.
• Write fluently in Spanish and English with precise medical terminology across both languages.
• Provide medical and cultural insights specific to Spanish-speaking clinical and professional contexts.
• Collaborate asynchronously with reviewers and peers to refine and validate content quality.

• Native-level fluency in Spanish with strong written and spoken English.
• Advanced degree in Medicine or a related healthcare field (MD or PhD).
• Professional experience in medical practice, research, or healthcare-related roles.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to create clear, structured content for both human and AI consumption.
