Freelance Software Testing

Testlio is hiring a Freelance Software Tester to work remotely for a wagering app that updates its product every two weeks at 3:30 AM US local time. Testers will perform smoke testing on iOS mobile, Android mobile, and web platforms during this low‑traffic window.

Responsibilities

• Launch the product on required platform(s).
• Use provided test accounts to access the wagering area (consumer accounts will not be used).
• Run through key wagering flows such as placing a wager, checking wager status, and basic navigation as defined in the run instructions.
• Document and report any functional issues, crashes, UI defects, or blocking problems in the wagering flow, providing concise notes and evidence (screenshots or screen recordings if requested).

Requirements

• Age: Minimum 18 years old.
• Availability: Must be available at 3:30 AM US local time for 30 minutes to 1 hour. The next testing window is on December 30.
• Devices: At least 2 of: iPhone, Android phone, laptop/Windows PC.
• Experience: Prior software testing experience is a plus; free courses are available for new testers.
• Preparatory course is provided to learn our testing platform.
