• Utilize your technical experience and listening skills to assist field service technicians through inbound and outbound phone, chat, and email communications.
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems, providing expert assistance on domestic vehicle repairs.
• Complete initial training in Saginaw, Michigan to effectively support field technicians from your home office.
• Benefit from ongoing support and resources, including guidance from fellow consultants and approachable leaders.
• Manage time-sensitive customer inquiries while adhering to the center's hours of operation.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or the ability to obtain them within six months of hire with reimbursement).
• Valid driver's license.
• One or more years of customer service experience in roles such as call center work, retail, or hospitality.

• Experience working with electric vehicles (EV).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong typing skills.
