We are a warm, entrepreneurial, dual-physician household with a lively one-year-old daughter and a gentle senior dog who needs a bit of extra care. Our home is active, welcoming, and rooted in routines that keep life running smoothly amidst two demanding careers and a growing business. We work from home often, so partnership and communication are incredibly important. Our full-time nanny is an integral part of our family rhythm, and we envision this role working alongside her as a dependable teammate.
Our home is spacious and dynamic, with frequent deliveries, ongoing projects, and a steady flow of personal and professional tasks. We value someone who brings calm, clarity, and structure—someone who helps create an environment that feels cared for, organized, and nourishing. We travel periodically and appreciate a trusted person who can join us when needed.

You anticipate needs, take initiative, and thrive in a role where you can create systems, maintain order, and support a busy family. You are warm, loving with children, detail-oriented, and confident working both independently and collaboratively.
You enjoy planning and preparing healthy meals, are open to learning family-specific recipes (including Bengali cooking), and feel comfortable navigating halal food needs. You don't shy away from laundry, organization projects, or keeping a large home running smoothly. You are also comfortable supporting a senior dog, managing household inventory, tackling some business related tasks, and stepping in as backup childcare when needed.
