• Teach and instruct agency customers and staff on the use and operating methods of complex software products
• Conduct on-site and remote training for Motorola Flex software and designated third-party software
• Present training using various methods, including lectures and online projection
• Manage communication with customer contacts related to the training schedule
• Complete department-required reports within set standards

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience working with Motorola Flex software
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a fingerprint background check due to working in high-security areas
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance

• Experience with Motorola Flex Administration
