Customer Education Specialist - Flex; US Remote

• Teach and instruct agency customers and staff on complex software products and services
• Conduct on-site and remote training for Motorola Flex software and designated third-party software
• Present training using various methods, including lectures and online projections
• Complete department-required reports within set standards
• Manage communication with customer contacts related to training schedules

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience working with Motorola Flex software
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a stringent fingerprint background check due to security requirements
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contract

• Experience with Motorola Flex Administration
