Work Arrangement
- Full time job
- 100% work from home (In Singapore Only)
- 3 months contract (renewable based on work performance)
- Monday - Sunday: 5 days
- Working hours:
40 hours per week / night shift schedule only / 8 hours shift rostered between 9pm to 9am - Salary: $14/hr + $5/hr work from home allowance
- Training Salary: $14/hr
- Serve as an over-the-phone interpreter, facilitating communication between Mandarin and English speakers.
- Handle calls covering a variety of topics, ranging from simple to complex, and addressing both technical and non-technical subjects across industries like healthcare, government, insurance, finance, utilities, travel, hospitality, emergency services (911), law enforcement, and general business.
- Deliver real-time language translation services during customer interactions.
- Assist non-English-speaking individuals in understanding and resolving their queries or concerns
