- Able to work from home on a permanent basis
- Provide accurate interpretation from one language to another to help individuals with language barriers communicate effectively.
- Handle telephone or video interpretation on demand, delivering clear and complete messages using the consecutive interpretation method between English and the target language.
- Process information quickly and accurately, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Use appropriate industry terminology and have a solid understanding of standard procedures and practices.
- Interpret calls covering simple to complex topics, including both non-technical and technical subjects across Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel & Hospitality, 911 Emergency Services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business.
