- Handle on-demand telephone or video calls and interpret conversations in consecutive mode between English and the target language.
- Process information quickly and accurately while recognizing cultural sensitivities, maintaining professionalism, and showing courtesy at all times.
- Use appropriate industry terminology and demonstrate understanding of common procedures and practices.
- Support calls that may cover simple or complex, non-technical or technical topics across industries such as Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel & Hospitality, Emergency (911), Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business
