You will leverage your advanced command of English to support diverse projects, ensuring linguistic accuracy, clarity, and consistency in both written and verbal mediums. Key Responsibilities- Review, edit, and proofread a variety of documents to maintain high linguistic standards.
- Develop and implement language guidelines and best practices for internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and address language‑related challenges.
- Provide expert feedback and recommendations to enhance clarity, tone, and effectiveness of communication materials.
- Conduct language quality assessments and suggest improvements based on industry benchmarks.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops on effective written and verbal communication.
- Stay informed about language trends and integrate relevant innovations into communication strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Native or near‑native proficiency in English, with exemplary writing and speaking skills.
- Proven experience as a language specialist, editor, proofreader, or similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong passion for linguistic accuracy.
- Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely in both written and verbal forms.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience collaborating in multicultural teams.
- Highly self‑motivated with a commitment to meeting deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Experience developing or delivering communication training programs.
- Familiarity with digital content tools or localization platforms.
- Background in linguistics, communications, or a relevant field.
