About the Role:

We are looking for highly proficient Nepalese to English Interpreters to join our 24/7 remote interpreting process. The role involves real-time verbal interpretation between Bengali and English speakers to ensure clear and accurate communication across conversations.
This is a Work From Home opportunity ideal for candidates with excellent bilingual communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide real-time, accurate interpretation between Bengali and English speakers
Facilitate clear communication during calls, meetings, and customer interactions
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Handle inbound interpretation requests efficiently in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
Ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and clarity in conversations
Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
Maintain consistent call quality and service levels
Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Excellent spoken communication skills in  Bengali and English (Mandatory)
Strong listening, comprehension, and interpretation abilities
Neutral accent and clear pronunciation in both languages
Ability to multitask and interpret in real-time conversations
Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Prior interpretation, BPO, or customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)
Minimum 1 year of experience in interpretation, voice process, or bilingual roles preferred
Freshers with exceptional language proficiency may also apply
Must have a dedicated home workspace with stable internet and a noise-free environment
Immediate joiners preferred
