Remote Bilingual Application Support Analyst

Interactive Brokers is seeking a Remote Bilingual Application Support Analyst to join its team. This part-time role involves translating and processing account documents in both English and Chinese.
As part of the Application Support Group, you will facilitate the processing of new client applications. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work with regulatory guidelines. Ideal candidates will be motivated, analytical, and proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate key documents in Traditional and Simplified Chinese

• Process applications for new institutional and retail clients

• Review identity and address documentation

• Work with teams for account approval and maintenance

• Comply with AML and KYC requirements
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree necessary

• 2-3 years experience in Financial Services preferred

• Excellent English and Chinese language skills

• Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities

• Self-organized with a sharp eye for detail
