In this role, you will perform video and audio interpretation, ensuring accurate communication for Limited English-speaking Persons (LEPs). You will handle sensitive situations with professionalism and cultural awareness, guided by specific protocols. Your skills will be key in ensuring understanding across healthcare, government, and legal frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage video and audio interpreting sessions efficiently

• Maintain clear communication and cultural sensitivity

• Deliver interpretation while typing necessary data

• Follow client protocols, especially during emergencies

• Participate in online training for skill improvement

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Vietnamese and English

• Strong retention and note-taking skills

• Background in language-related fields is a plus

• Minimum age of 18 years
