Join Allstate Canada Group as a Bilingual Translation Coordinator and support compliance with Canadian language requirements. This fully remote role involves delivering high-quality French translation and editing services.
You will coordinate the translation workflow from intake to delivery, ensuring accuracy and clarity in translating content from English to French. Engagement with internal and external stakeholders will be essential to clarify project requirements and ensure timely outcomes. Additionally, you will maintain translation memories, assist in document formatting, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage translation and editing requests from start to finish
• Translate and proofread documents ensuring alignment with terminology
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear communication
• Collaborate with vendors and team members to meet deadlines
• Conduct research to support accurate translations
Requirements:
• Experience in translation within a corporate environment
• A Bachelor’s degree in translation is preferred
• Bilingual capabilities in English and French
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CAT software beneficial
