A reputable engineering sector client is seeking a Bilingual Billing Analyst who can work from Toronto, Ottawa, or Montreal. This permanent role combines onsite collaboration with remote flexibility.
As a Bilingual Billing Analyst, you'll manage invoicing for significant projects while ensuring adherence to company and client standards. The ideal candidate has a minimum of four years of billing experience and is proficient in advanced Excel functionalities. You'll focus on efficient cash flow and project metrics management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management to determine monthly billing

• Prepare and review contracts and invoice templates

• Record invoices in designated accounting systems

• Monitor and reconcile cash receipts closely

• Assist project teams with invoice follow-up
Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant billing experience

• Required bilingual fluency in French and English

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred

• Experience with government agency projects is a plus

• Strong technical and communication skills
