Position: Montreal Bilingual Technical Writer Role

In this role, you will produce user guides and technical documents while ensuring they are user-friendly and visually engaging. Collaborating with various stakeholders will be essential to deliver high-quality documentation. The position accommodates a flexible work arrangement, allowing for a blend of onsite and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and edit user manuals and technical documentation

• Translate essential documents from English to French

• Design process diagrams and workflows with Visio

• Conduct stakeholder interviews for effective documentation

• Manage multiple documentation tasks efficiently
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing or a related area

• Minimum of 3 years in technical writing experience

• Bilingual in English and French, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Share Point
