HR and Workday Translator

Position: HR and Workday Translator Hybrid Role
Transform the mining sector's HR communications by becoming an HR and Workday Translator. This hybrid position allows for impactful English-to-French translation across various materials.

In this role, you will be responsible for high-quality translations, ensuring compliance with Quebec’s Bill 96 while servicing a large-scale HR and Workday program. Your skills in managing intricate legal, technical, and artistic languages will be pivotal. Flexibility in hours accommodates collaboration with a globally dispersed team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure semantic accuracy and terminological consistency

• Format documents with Microsoft Office and translate using tools

• Provide consecutive interpretation as needed

• Adhere to domain-specific requirements and style guides

• Meet strict deadlines while maintaining confidentiality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Translation or Linguistics

• 3 to 5 years of translation experience required

• Expertise in translation-oriented software and tools

• Familiarity with mining terminology and HR practices

• Bilingual fluency in English and French
