Remote Bilingual Disability Case Manager

In this full-time role, you will manage a caseload while applying critical thinking to evaluate medical and contractual information. Your bilingual capabilities in English and French will enable you to connect with clients across Canada. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a dedicated caseload using service level agreements

• Respond to emails and calls promptly

• Assess claims considering contractual and medical aspects

• Collaborate with plan members and treatment providers

• Communicate decisions clearly through written correspondence

Requirements:

• Fully bilingual in English and French

• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent in healthcare field

• Ability to make decisions under tight deadlines

• Knowledge of disability management is advantageous

• Strong organizational skills for diverse tasks
