French Localization Specialist Hybrid Role

Elevate Canadian French communications as a French Localization Specialist in a hybrid role based in Downtown Toronto. Collaborate with teams to ensure top-quality localization.

This contractual position offers a term from September 2026 to August 2027, with strong potential for full-time employment. In this role, you'll review machine translations and carry out localization quality assurance. You'll also ensure all content meets strict brand and compliance standards while managing translation memories through various TMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and localize automated translations

• Execute localization quality assurance reviews

• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines

• Manage translation memories using cloud-based TMS

• Educate teams on effective localization practices

Requirements:

• Over 4 years of experience in localization/translation

• In-depth knowledge of Canadian French language and tone

• Proven background in Localization QA and translation review

• Familiarity with tools like Trados Enterprise and others

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
