Products & After Sales Assistant; m​/w​/d

Your coordination keeps our global service connected. At Loepfe, you support two departments within Products & After Sales and ensure smooth collaboration between our international service locations, internal customer support and product management. With your structured approach, technical interest and strong service mindset, you coordinate warranty cases, complaints and technical support requests while contributing to market analyses, product launches and reporting.

• You act as a central point of contact between our international service locations and internal departments
• You monitor warranty cases and coordinate the relevant follow-up activities with our service locations
• You assess, structure and coordinate complaints and technical support requests, with particular attention to quality-related issues
• You support product management with market analyses, product launches and documentation relating to product enhancements
• You prepare reports and country-specific statistics for product management

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have a strong interest in technical topics, or you have a technical qualification in the textile or mechanical engineering industry
• You have three to five years of professional experience in customer service, technical support or a comparable coordination role within an industrial environment
• You communicate confidently and professionally in both German and English, verbally and in writing
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and work in a structured, precise and detail-oriented manner
• You are confident using MS Office and Outlook and are comfortable working with a variety of digital tools and applications; experience with SAP is an advantage
• You are an enthusiastic, flexible and empathetic team player with a strong service mindset
