In this role, you will leverage advanced remote diagnostic tools and platforms to troubleshoot complex issues in vehicles for customers and field technicians. You will be instrumental in identifying root causes of problems, providing clear technical guidance, and contributing to product improvement through detailed reporting.

- Perform remote diagnostics on vehicles using specialized software and hardware, identifying complex mechanical and electrical faults.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers and on-site technicians via phone, video conference, and digital platforms.
