About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Field Service Coordinator to join their fully remote team, supporting operations nationally. This crucial role involves managing and dispatching field service technicians, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring efficient service delivery across all client sites. You will act as a central hub, communicating effectively with technicians, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues, optimize schedules, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule, dispatch, and manage field service technicians for installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Optimize technician routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize response times.
Serve as the primary point of contact for technicians in the field, providing support and information.
Communicate with customers regarding service appointments, updates, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and technician performance in the dispatch system.
Liaise with other departments (e.g., sales, parts, engineering) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Field Service Coordinator, Dispatcher, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage remote teams.
Proficiency with dispatch software and CRM systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve logistical challenges effectively.
Must be comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
