Position: Hearth Technical Consultant - Remote Role

This full-time position focuses on delivering outstanding technical guidance for hearth products. Ideal candidates must hold a G3 Gas License and possess relevant experience in customer service. You will address inquiries, document technical issues, report quality concerns, and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions in CRM

• Suggest updates to support documentation for accuracy

• Track product quality issues and assist with audits

• Process parts orders and maintain communication with customers

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hearth or similar technical environments

• G3 Gas License or equivalent certification required

• Strong computer proficiency, especially in CRM systems

• Experience with Microsoft Office tools
