Requirements What We’re Looking For Language Skills & Core RequirementsNative Kurmanji speaker with fluent English.
No prior experience required.
Strong understanding of medical or community-related terminology is a plus.
High school diploma or higher.
Excellent listening, memory, note-taking, and communication skills.
High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and professional conduct.
Core CompetenciesAbility to deliver accurate consecutive interpretation with clarity and consistency.
Adherence to interpreter ethics, professional standards, and confidentiality.
Strong time-management skills and ability to work within structured schedules.
Ability to adapt to different industries, clients, and call types.
