Customer Support Engineer

Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year

• Proven experience managing technical operations and customer-facing contracts, ideally in communications or defence sectors
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors
• Deep understanding of downlink communication systems and field operations, including installations, commissioning, and maintenance
• Ability to tailor technical explanations to suit diverse audiences, from end-users to senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated customer-focused mindset, with a proactive approach to service delivery and relationship building

This Customer Support Engineer role is mainly site-based, supporting customer operations across various locations, with the remaining time split between office-based and remote working.
