SE Health is searching for Bilingual Client Registrars to support Ontario’s healthcare system. This role is centered around collecting patient information and ensuring they access suitable health services. Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and input patient demographic and symptom data

• Provide exceptional service with a caring attitude

• Assist patients in navigating health programs and services

• Document all interactions accurately and promptly

• Prioritize patient care based on given information

Requirements:

• High School Diploma; preferable with a college diploma

• Bilingual in French and English, fluent speaking and writing

• Must live in Ontario

• Call Center or Healthcare experience preferred

• Excellent organizational and communication capabilities
