Manulife Bank is seeking a bilingual Collections Officer to resolve the full suite of bank consumer products in default. You will leverage communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills to recover delinquent accounts across mortgages, lines of credit, and bank accounts.
Required 1-3 years of collection experience (preferably mortgages) and full bilingual fluency in French and English. Knowledge of provincial collection laws and regulations is essential.
