The Elite Job is actively seeking detail-oriented and linguistically proficient individuals to join our growing transcription team as Indonesian Language Transcription Specialists. This fully remote position is ideal for language experts who possess strong listening, typing, and comprehension skills. Your main task will involve converting spoken Indonesian audio files into accurately written transcripts, ensuring fidelity to content, context, and grammatical structure.

Listen to audio recordings in the Indonesian language and transcribe them into written text.
Ensure transcripts are grammatically accurate, well-punctuated, and contextually clear.
Review, proofread, and edit completed transcriptions to meet quality standards.
Identify inaudible or unclear parts and flag them accordingly.
Work on time-sensitive projects and meet designated deadlines.
Collaborate with project managers or quality assurance teams when required.
Maintain confidentiality and data privacy at all times.
Fluency in Indonesian and strong command of English.
Excellent listening and comprehension skills.
Proficient in typing with high accuracy and speed.
Familiarity with transcription software or tools (e.g., Express Scribe, oTranscribe) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Ability to follow complex guidelines and formatting rules.
A quiet workspace and reliable internet connection.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in transcription, subtitling, or language translation is advantageous but not mandatory.
Experience working remotely or as a freelancer will be considered a plus.
