Hakha-Chin Interpreters Needed – In-Person Opportunities

About the Role
Lango is seeking fluent bilingual individuals to provide interpreting services in various settings, including schools, hospitals, and social service organizations. Your work helps break down language barriers, ensuring multicultural communities have access to the services they need.

Requirements
- Fluent in English and Hakka-Chinese
- Able to pass a language proficiency test if professional interpreter credentials are not available
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (i-9 compliant)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willing to complete a background check and drug test
- For medical interpreting: able to provide MMR, Varicella, Covid, TB test, and Flu vaccination records
- Primarily available for in-person appointments
- Professional training/experience preferred but not required
